CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Fee: $50

FSBPA must receive cancellation requests in writing, by email or regular mail, no later than August 31, 2011. Send requests to FSBPA Cancellations, PO Box 13146, Tallahassee, FL 32317 or E-mail mail@fsbpa.com.

No refunds will be given for cancellation/refund requests received after August 31, 2011.

Florida engineers who attend and sign in at the registration desk
are eligible to receive CEU's.
